We took some time last week to mindfully think about Ahimsa, compassion, and kindness. In keeping with the theme of compassion and self-love; let’s explore our ‘balance’.
What does balance mean to you? It is simply a physical thing? Is it spiritual? Is it trying to balance our family, friends, work, play, prayer, happiness…? Do we need more sleep? To be eating more healthily? Take a little time to think about how you balance things in your life… and what, if anything, you might desire to change to bring you more peace.
When we are in balance our ability to be kind and compassionate towards others comes naturally.
